Or simply call (513) 221-3800 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For your convenience, we have flexible hours to accommodate your busy schedule. If you are experiencing a medical problem that requires immediate attention, please advise the appointment secretary.

We try our best to see every patient on time, but sometimes emergencies arise that disrupt our schedule. Our office will attempt to inform you of any unusual delay or cancellation.

Unable To Keep Your Appointment?

Kindly give our office a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. To cancel your appointment, simply call (513) 682-4506 any time, day or night. Failure to give a 24-hour notice will result in a $25 charge.

Emergency Calls

For emergencies day or night, call (513) 221-3800. If you call our offices after office hours, you will be referred to our 24-hour answering service. The on call doctor will only take emergency phone calls. The answering service will promptly notify the physician on-call, who will contact you as soon as possible. Please do not leave email messages during an emergency situation.
