Directions
From Cincinnati going north on I-75, take exit #24 (129W-Hamilton).
Merge onto 129 and take the first exit, #24 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd.
From Middletown/Dayton going south on I-75, take exit #24 (129W-Hamilton). Merge onto 129 and take the first exit, #24 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd.
From Hamilton (just 15 minutes from downtown Hamilton), take Route 129 (Butler County Veterans Highway) to exit #24 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd.
Proceed north on Cincinnati-Dayton Road to Liberty One Drive (2nd traffic light) and turn right. Continue to the first stop sign (Lakota Lane) and turn left. You will find our office on the left, in The Mercy Health Center at Liberty Falls, suite 100.
From Monroe going south on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. Turn left on Wyandot Drive and continue until the first stop sign (Lakota Lane) and turn right. You will find our office on the right, in the Mercy Health Center at Liberty Falls, Suite 100.
